Yes thanks for that SU, but alas, time moves on and things inevitably change, and as my watch comes to an end so the next generation start over again. Just my own little time capsule that can never be erased in my mind.

You have no idea how your words affect me. Nostalgia runs deeply. 
My years of employment with the RAF (as a c ivilian) during the Cold War, in West Berlin and BFBS constently in my ear have left its mark upon me.

I don’t think there can be a GOOD or BAD way. Your words affected me in an HONEST way. It’s just that your description of home got me thinking of Mr. Badger and then hearing the Lillibulero and your mention of the watch ticking away came all at once and I had to catch my breath. And yes, there is no doubt that we have similar opinions. I appreciate your input. Thank you, Mr. Fox.
