Despite my problems NCS I go out for a walk/jog every morning and that is my steroid shot for the day…
I’m rubbish if I don’t go…
Do you start off with any caffeine whether tea , etc ?
Edit , let me add even if snow bad weather by you still go out ?
I think I’m a nicer person than I was when young.
Just a quick drink of hot water NCS and then straight out…
The answer to the question about the weather is illustrated below…
Oh that is freezing and even in my 20’s you would not catch me outside in that weather like that .
Edit and from our favorite site –
" A gene mutation that allowed our ancestors to venture north might also give some of us a competitive sporting advantage.
Plunging into ice baths post-workout might be how some professional athletes choose to recover, but anyone trying to keep fit in the winter will know that the cold can be as harsh as it is rejuvenating.
Enjoyed the article NCS, but even more interested in the report on sit ups…Ab crunches.
In the snow, in shorts Foxy, how brave of you!
A couple Christmas cocktails and he’s anybody’s
Nah, Mrs Fox is wearing the trousers
You’ve got to use your head when chasing a chicken NCS…Sneak up on it and take it by surprise, that’s how I courted Mrs Fox…
About 2 years ago while at Town Hall meeting the Police Chief said that they were going to come down on cock fighting as popular in Miami and I said " I thought it was legal in South Beach " ( I stayed in character did not laugh ) and as dense as some here are the Mayors assistant caught it and began to laugh but she hid it behind a magazine , police chief remained clueless .
Either way lots loose chickens around and yes not easy to catch as have seen dogs chase them .
Aha! That’s how I got into this coop!
I could never quite put a finger on it
.
You’ve got to think like a fox…Hence the avatar…
Still the same person I always was, only more experienced at it…
God!
Where did this happen and is it the same kind of fox we get here in London?
A woman mauled in her bed by a fox today warned Londoners not to leave windows open in hot weather.
Ms Nailard, a personal assistant, managed to scare off the animal but was left covered in blood having suffered six puncture wounds to her left bicep during the attack at 5.30am on Sunday.
Ms Nailard, a psychology graduate from Nottingham Trent University, was vaccinated against rabies as well as tetanus and polio and kept in hospital for two days.
She said the fox had walked into the flat through her bedroom’s open patio doors, adding: “You see these foxes scampering around at night and think nothing of it. But I only left a small gap open in the door and he got in. People need to be aware - you do not expect this but they are a threat.
“Usually they are go for children, I am told, but I can tell you now they can go for adults. This has been a very traumatic experience. I was screaming in pain.
Thanks. Yes I know it does happens, but extremely rarely. I’m wondering what made that animal in the video behave like that. And was it in the UK, and was it the same animal I know as an urban fox. It looked smaller and greyer.
Oh I do not know if same animal but surprised how many fox attacks in the UK which I did not think had that many foxes .
Here in the USA way more but lots of foxes
