Hair!

Yes at the moment, I’m toying with the idea of cutting it to bra length. Bit easier to handle.

Such a pity

How long is your hair now?
Mine is at tailbone length. I cut a bit off a few months ago. Clearly I like long hair. It’s about 40 inches long

I do it every now and again Minx.

Just above my waist. But the ends are very ragged and split.

Waist is a nice length
Maybe cut off just an inch at a time.

Think it needs more than that. The chlorine in the pool plays havic with it. Swim caps give me headaches so I pile it up on top of my head with crocodile clips, but it still gets wet at times.

Oh yes, the chlorine. I forgot about the chlorine.
That’s one thing I dislike about indoor pools. The chlorine is so damaging. I hate those swim caps and used to put my hair in those claw clips and do the breast stroke but I do like doing the front crawl which means putting my entire head in the water and I’d rather not . My front crawl is with the head up which is too hard on the back and neck.

That’s why when I bought a pool I got a salt water filter . Pool salt water is really gentle . Real salt water from the ocean not so much.

I only ever do breast stroke, but my head is not held high. It’s quite low and my mouth n chin are in the water, one guy there calls me “The Beaver” :joy:

The breast stroke is my favourite
I get the beaver thing though :joy:
Do you oil your ends beforehand?
I coat my ends with coconut oil. I’m washing my hair anyway and it helps protect it from the salt and /( or chlorine ) You can even plastic wrap the ends to really protect them. Whirl pools have chlorine

The Wife’s hair defies logic, could not post it without her permission, and that ain’t gonna happen.

One amazing Barnet.

Never mind.
When will I learn
