Only informed today that a certain over 50s ‘mature’ social networking forum had to be closed down because of the untoward behaviour, comments and plain old fashioned bigotry displayed by people who really should leave that sort of thing to the younger populace.
There will no doubt be quite a few of the past offenders registered with this particular forum (they know who they are) and I just hope that they will be able to keep their lamentable and juvenile antics well away from these pages, although I’m a great believer in the well proven ‘leopards and spots’ theory !
I hope that I will be able to contribute something useful to this forum and look forward to renewing old acquaintances.

Wouldn’t say ‘juvenile’ at all regarding this forum, altho’ the ‘odd’ one is bound to creep in … However, topics can get a bit heated if we feel strongly on a subject, thats natural, but - we’re a fun loving bunch

I can’t say I’ve noticed any real change here lately, everyone here is helpful and friendly, we do of course get the odd ‘Row’ but that’s only normal, thanks for the tip anyway.
