Must be up early in the morning for my long Sunday run (8 miles) I remember a time when a long Sunday run would have been at least fifteen miles, now eight miles seems like a Marathon…Old age Sucks…

Here we are again at the end of another exciting pulse racing Sunday!
The eight mile run first thing went very well turning in the best time this year - mind you, I’ve only run it about four times. After almost forty years Tpin, it’s a hard habit to break!
And yes Meg, I seem to be a lightweight these days, by the time I get to ten thirty I’m almost in a coma…where’s me bed?
So another busy day tomorrow, cleaning out the sink drainpipe and putting up another outside light. The council have just replaced all the old orange sodium streetlights with state of the art new LED lamps that are crap! So in order to stop burglar Bill from taking advantage of the subdued lighting I decided to install additional lighting.
Speaking of ‘Advantage’ I don’t know if the Sweedish bloke reads this, but I visited the ‘Really Useful Shop’ (Class Olson) the other day and I’m well impressed. Just wanted to say that…Thank you Advantage Out…
