Just had a catastrophic failure (The Blue Screen Of Death) spent all evening restoring stuff. The day was good though, after visiting Ikea and sampling their delicious meatballs. I hope ‘Advantage Out’ appreciates what Ikea has done for us in the UK.
Anyway, I’ve had enough of computers for today so I’m off to grab some Zzzzzzzzz’s

One of our favourite songs Spitty. Today she has been surprised just how bad her sight was getting now that there has been some improvement, seems to have been a successful procedure thanks Spitty.
In other news: Had a comfortable run this morning into the rain and wind but just shrugged off the foul conditions, it was nice to get home all the same though.
Good news with the dash cam fitting, got it wired in, just need to connect it up.

Hope the embrocation did the trick on your shoulder Spitty and it’s not too painful.
When I was running down at the running club the smell of embrocation in the changing room made my eyes water it was so strong…The things old blokes do in order to keep running…
Sorry to hear that your text disappeared into cyber space Spitty, I’ve done some long pieces in the past and the same thing has happened to me, usually cos it got timed out. You can lose the will to live…
I think I’ve got housemaids knee, after scrambling around the floor laying carpet tiles in the summer house, wife says that they look nice though, but I still didn’t get a smile like what Jem did! So it’s off to me pit now…goodnight ya all.

Sorry to hear about the embrocation Spitty, perhaps Ibuprofen working from the inside my be successful.
Accompanied O/H to hospital this morning for a check up. Was going to walk the four miles but with all the snow we decided to take the bus - you can’t get within three miles by car, there’s just nowhere to park. The good news is, all the snow has gone now and it’s turned to rain.
