Given that @SiverTabby seems to be missing this morning, hope all is well, I have been a little forward by starting the daily thread.
So good morning.
Today is shopping day, oh the excitement.
I have removed all the keys from my keyboard and placed in a knotted pillowcase which will go in with the next washing, base plate will be given a quick wash in the sink and left to dry on a radiator.
Downloading Farcry 6 as I type. (Video game)
A bright and sunny day here! Woke up with the crows!
This month, my son writes his Final exams so I’ve got to navigate traffic early to get to the venue AND work from my car whilst I wait for him over the next three weeks happy days!
Good morning everyone! 4 degrees here, clear sky and dark. Having coffee and thinking about the day…not quite awake yet to decide what I’m doing with with it yet, but I hope it will be fun. Hope everyone else has some fun in their day as well!
Good morning all, looks cold outside.
Perhaps ST is trying to sort out her Cats this morning, perhaps they are playing up.
Nothing planned for the day apart from stripping the bed sheets and put them in the washing machine.
Warm, sunny, delightful day, not a cloud in the sky and just a gentle breeze. Mid 20s… perfect.
Went for my walk, picked up some USB C cables from China, some Lithium battery charge controllers and a book from the Post Office, did a bit of gardening (tearing out some weeds)
Another day closer for us vaxxers to being able to get out and about.
Not missing - just giving someone else the pleasure of starting the thread!
Going to be hot here today - already up to 10c, going to be 15c by lunchtime - Eeek! Where is the snow they promised last week? I think the forecasts are done by politicians these days - same tendency to over promise and under deliver!
@susiejaeger - as for those cats - someone left a giant fur ball in the middle of the kitchen floor and Nemo (had to be him, Willow can’t reach the door handle)) opened the sitting room door, went in and shredded a whole Craft Magazine all over the sofa! Only bought it yestermorn and had not finished reading it. Words were exchanged - now I have been sent to Coventry - something definitely wrong with that scenario!!
This morning I’m meeting my friend Chris for a little stroll in our local country park.
Trapped nerve still playing me up so I can’t go far, but with the aid of my back support & strong Voltarol I should manage a mile which is better than nothing.
After the walk we plan on going to the East Midlands Designer Outlet for a bit of spending.
Sunny but cold outside. Time to hunt out the thermals…
Morning all, a bit chilly but we’re in for a reasonably good day I think.
Off to Hobbycraft later to get a few crafty bits for my granddaughter - they have some lovely wooden Christmas scenes all ready to be painted and assembled. She’ll love them.
