It looks quite pleasant out today breezy and sunny. Meeting pals later for lunch at a pub …I haven’t seen them for a while so it will be nice catching up.

Good morning all, on this bright but chilly Wednesday. Only 10 degs. here at the mo.
Dogs been out, breakfast finished, and about to have my second cuppa.
Lots of fiddly jobs to get on with today, the sort you keep putting off, but know you have to do really.

a lovely sunny strart to the day.
I hope to finish planting the Irises today , the rain has made it easier to dig the hard soil.
Some of the bulbs I have already planted have been dug up and left on the ground by the squirrels who have suddenly discovered the back garden as a pantry.
The squirrels are planting conkers , there is a shortage of acorns this year so they seem to be digging bigger holes to accommodate the larger nuts.
