Morning all!
Was having a difficult time getting to sleep last night. I was thinking of getting up to post, but thankfully some meditations and sleep stories worked, and I got some sleep.
Still hooked on Top Chef. I’ve been dabbling in watching some other cooking shows as well, nothing as engrossing as Top Chef yet.

Wet and gloomy as usual outside. Going to start moving smaller boxes up the road in preparation for tomorrow. I told the movers I only had 10 boxes (which at the time seemed like a lot) however, now I have packed up my arts and craft supplies, I seemed to have underestimated a little bit…

Morning all, its raining here but very mild.
Will be offline as from 7pm tonight for a few days, as I am going into Hospital tomorrow morning for a Discectomy of two discs in my lower Spine.

Pixie, I had dozens and dozens and dozens of boxes when I moved, first from London, then from the rental to this house. Both times needed a second removal van! I think, no I KNOW, that I have too much stuff. Need to start clearing a lot of it out

Another wet & gloomy morning here
I have food in, so I don’t need to go out anywhere but we’ve had wind & rain for days, and I haven’t been out since Friday, so as long as it’s not actually lashing down this afternoon i might just get out for a token walk
I finished my sewing yesterday, and I should really do some vacuum cleaning & tidying before I start anything else … but I’ll think about that over another cup of coffee

Well I was looking forward to the builders starting work today then guess what they rang yesterday to say they decided because the weather forecast wasn’t good to delay the start. Its so confusing because we agreed early on that they wouldn’t start till April then they brought it forward …anyway its back again now…sigh.

Yes Jazzi, I think I felt clearing out would be a lot easier than it actually has been. I keep coming across things and thinking “I’m not throwing that out or giving it away, I paid good money for that!”
I need more time, more vans…

Morning all, surprisingly sunny here, lovely blue sky! Forecast looked somewhat worse, so I’m not complaining.
Really must go shopping today, running low on lots of things…

Meanwhile, with rain forecast all day, I’m going to make a run for it down to the surgery to put in my prescription and may take the long way round out into the country for a mile or three…

Good morning everyone, late on parade today but we’ve been busy with shopping and I’ve been in the kitchen since preparing veg for lunch… anyway, that’s my excuse and I’m sticking with it… 
Nothing to do today some are starting to look at holiday options, possibly long haul next winter to Australia and New Zealand, assuming the borders are open by then!
