Oh make no mistake, my daughter frequently bars her from leaving the table until her plate’s empty. If she persists in not eating it, then she’s warned it will be thrown in the bin, and she’ll get nothing else till breakfast, and gives her a countdown from 10 to start eating. Usually works, but it’s just the drama and stress of it all that gets her down.
