Going for a heart scan next Thursday, wish me luck…I’ve only had one in 3 yrs coming up, because of Covid.

Just making sure the heart repair on my valve they did at the Brompton in London is ok.

Feeling a bit anxious as I still get the occasional palpitations.:-D…

Having a tooth out on the Wednesday, I can’t miss this appt on Thursday as there is such a long waiting list.

Take things easy on Wednesday after having you tooth out and DON’T use a straw as it causes a suction which can dislodge the blood clot. Hope all goes well on Thursday too.

Thanks OGF…I don’t think I will get the results on the actual day.

I have to see my consultant/ specialist, Dr Scheuermann.for the results…they didn’t mention a consultation with her…but with luck she may be at the Sherborne building…I’m going to phone tomorrow and ask when my follow up to see her will be.:smiley:

It’s very interesting to watch, especially when the valve was in need of repair, I could see it flapping around from what I can remember.

I will ask a lot more questions this time surfermum, I would like to know why I still get palpitations sometimes.

I’ve only gone into atrial fibrillation x 2 thank God, that was real scary…I thought I was dying…thanks for the good luck.:smiley:
