Your garden looks bright and beautiful
I simply adore Roses. My favourite!
Yes they can a rogue tree, but the one we had made a real lovely Umbrella Shape and was nice to sit under on a Hot Day. The new one that we have now, grew from the old one that got take down in a Storm…
How lucky…I worked for the Forestry Commission as a 1st job at 15 years old.
Feeding the fish is the only time we see them in this wooden pond.
The water however much we clean the filter is stays green.
There are really too many in there now…started off with about a dozen goldfish tiddlers approx 5 years ago. Now over 30…
Here’s some of the wallflowers that I’ve planted.i think that I’ve put in about 100 around the path.
Husband is a Wooden Top…feed him wood and he it the tops…haha
His love of wood came about in Bexhill on Sea and he ended up making loads and loads of Chicken Set Ups, making a life time Friend to boot. a human not the wood… and so his expertise came to the front…
Yes he made it several years ago now…The wood seemed really expensive at the time, but it is almost as new looking to this day…
Yes I always grow them from seed, that way I get the colours that i want and cheaper.
We’ve left this years flowers in, after cutting the seed heads off just to see what would happen, the plants look healthy. Will get a piccie tomorrow if possible.
Thank you Donkeyman I think that it’s because I’ve gardened since i was about 12 but on a small scale.
Mine sometimes die so I always grow them every year. You’ll probably find that they’ll get bigger and flower earlier.
