Thank you Mags they brought a great deal of colour into the garden before the rose’s came out …They were seeds i scattered from plants i bought… Ive now got seedlings coming up from these , they are so giving .

That’s the thing with foxgloves and hollyhocks they self seed readily and you get a lot more plants for your money.

Ive not grown hollyhocks before but i really like their big flowers and the tall height , may buy some next year .

You would do well to read others posts before replying.

The reason my photos are rubbish is that I am ill at the moment, a side effect of the medication is lack of focus at close range and the shakes, making it very difficult to take photos.

I have got one of my helpers to take some and she will be taking more Monday.

I will post some after that.

Here are some of my plant photos. This year I had a nice selection of lettuce, flower baskets but I miss my clematis. Those colourful flowering vines are so gorgeous.
