We were shocked to hear this statement, especially because we were already in total lockdown. Our hospitals were overflowing and emergency “camp” hospitals were being built. After hearing strong criticisms from scientists and the W.H.O., he soon went back on his words declaring that this would not be his Govt’s strategy.

I had covid back in 2020, I didn’t feel a thing. I was attending a hospital appointment for blood cancer, where they take some blood, test it then and there, then adjust my dose of chemo meds.
They were swabbing everyone and told me to go home, as I’m positive, and they will phone re the blood cancer thing.
It was common for people to have covid and not know it.

Yea! I had my yearly Wellness Exam at my dr’s office yesterday, and the nurse asked if I also wanted my flu shot. Of course, I agreed, and it was painless. The doc said I am “as healthy as a horse”, so I haystily galloped off home.
Moral to my story: no sore arm, no fatigue, and smiling big.

I had something like this too but had a short weird illness but after that had long Covid for two years

When Mrs Fox and me caught covid back in 2021 we couldn’t understand where we caught it.
Neither of us had mingled with people without taking all the precautions, masks, hand washing, and avoiding the crowds.
We had some friends round to discuss a future holiday and they had both been for their covid jabs that same morning.
I had a sneaking suspicion that we had caught it from them but apart from Mrs Fox, I didn’t voice my suspicions to anyone else.
It was a horrendous experience and we both survived, but explanations like this, from a very experienced and well respected doctor just exasperates my feelings towards all recent vaccines, and makes me realise that the ones taking the vaccines were being experimented on and could have actually assisted the spread of the virus.

OGF there was no live virus in the covid vaccines so your friends may have been infected before their jabs and the vaccine was not effective for 2 to 3 weeks after having the jab. The same can happen with flu as you only have full protection after a couple of weeks.
