Film - the most recent you have seen?

I started watching The Wee Man, last night. About Paul Ferris and the Glasgow Godfather. Quite brutal, but very true to life I imagine. I’ll finish watching it tonight.

Last evening one of my friends recommended a Zombie film but I’ve forgotten what it’s called.
He said it was funny

I think I’d like that one alice - is it on dvd?

I’m watching it on Netflix, Cranberry. It was my son who recommended it. Do you have Netflix?

Does he wee in the washing up ?

lol Rachel, no he doesn’t wee at al. He’s just wee

The Children’s Hour with Audrey Hepburn and Shirley Maclaine love this one and it’s only one I ever liked Shirley in usually I give her films a miss.

No I don’t have Netflix, I might see if it’s available at our local library, might be.

I hope it is Cranberry. I will warn you that the language leaves a lot to be desired. It is a true story though. I can’t imagine living that kind of life. It makes you think.

Last night it was The Rabbit Fence. Absolutely fab. A true story.

i watched The Quite Man,with john wayne…
yesterday on tv…
excellent film ,

I watched that years ago Eliza and it was a really good film.

I went to the cinema this very afternoon to see ‘The theory of everything’ The true story of professor Stephen Hawking & his first wife Joan. I thought it was an excellent film - very touching at the end … Well worth watching.

Glad you enjoyed it Carol  I hope you were ok on your own…

So love that film Eliza

That was an excellent film, loved it

Jodie I loved it. Hadn’t even heard of it before Netflix.

I just watched About Time which I enjoyed. You could tell it had the same influence as Love Actually.

Gentle film, daft premise but very enjoyable

The chronicles of Narnia, we watched the lion the witch and the wardrobe last week and had prince Caspian as our movie night this week. Lovely films and we are reading the books at bedtime too.

Just finished the first box set of Defiance, Sci-fi set on a future Earth, reminiscent of Falling Skies, not to much reliant on CGI and what is there is well rendered. Characters are varied and lots of scope for future twists.

Will start season 2 tonight.
