Emmerdale

David is looking decided twitchy. Cain turns out to be a life councillor

Another private NHS room - for Lisa …

Cain and Moira are off for a week.

Ross will be in hospital for a week.

His brother will no doubt spend all hours at his bedside, talking to a whiteboard.

Debbie will be reigniting her relationship with Joe. (She will!)

So who’s running the farm, feeding the livestock, processing the meat and maintaining the fields?!

Haha, good thinking Jazzi.

Also, it made me laugh how they had given Ross a skin graft without even shaving his beard off.

Yes that n all!

Debbie + Joe equals Bonnie + Clyde ???

Is it me or has the dingle house had a miraculous recovery even the kitchen units are identical to the old ones :confused2:

Surely they’d have been damaged at least by the demolition ? And they’d have to rebuild to some sort of buildings standards not a hovel like it was before ?

I was thinking the same, Julie, as watched yesterday’s ep this morning. It all looked good and secure. Hmmmm. What about the electrics, and plumbing?

I can’t help it, Ross’s facial dressing is fascinating me - it is growing daily.

After his so-called skin graft, he had a little dressing on his cheek bone. I remember saying to Jazzi how they never even shaved his beard off to operate.
Then the dressing started to grow.
By tonight it was so big it went down his face, over his beard, round his left ear and right down his neck!!

Yes Mups, I noticed that! Someone in continuity picked up the wrong dressing, hah hah.

It might be his whole head bandaged by next week.

Then he could audition for The Invisible Man!

They’ll never shave his beard off after the Twitter storm last year when he decided he wanted a change, you’d think he killed a small child way some women carried on !

As for his dressings perhaps he’s having to buy his own, it’s rather amazed me what NHS don’t supply these days. Not a problem we buy them from Amazon reasonable price but odd they don’t want to make sure it’s the right one for the job.

I was a bit annoyed at last nights episode why would anyone comment on a scarred and injured face ? Do people really do that ? Seemed odd to me mist people stare but never think to actually say anything to the person, might make a crass comment walking away in earshot but aren’t brave enough to actually speak to the person.

Yes that was silly (what are they buying, anyway? Anyone know?). But it was probably part of the storyline coming up. Keep watching.

They mentioned beef burgers, I always wonder who makes them, Moira always looks ready to roll in mud not a food factory and the others seem completely clueless. So where are the workers ? You’d imagine they’d turn up in the village occasionally.

Jacky David’s step son …never in my life have I seen a young man with a more miserable demeanour ( and face to match ) than him, surely he would be better suited to a part in EastEnders than Emmerdale…

That’s true, Basser. He has also grown the same huge hair ‘trunk’ as Joe Wots-his-name, Debbie’s would-be lover.

Isn’t he called Jacob?

Poor Jacob, he’s a good boy considering the adults he’s had in his life seem to up and leave at drop of a hat. No child has had as many dead beat mothers and fathers as him IMO he’s surprisingly chipper considering IMO

Aka Jakey. Basser may have meant to put that.

(My iPad wanted to auto correct that to Janet!)
