Janela, It is not my poem it was wrote by Joanna Fuchs so please recognise her work if you post it elswhere please.
Certainly Antibrown…I thought there was something familiar about it.
We’re missing you here Eileen.

What a lovely poem, says everything for Eileen. Thanks for the update Mags-hopefully Eileen is feeling a little better if she is thinking about the quiz-bless her!
Thinking about you Eileen-you are sorely missed!
One more day and lots more (((((hugs))))) coming from your friends to help you back to health Eileen.
Yes AB one more day and hopefully another day nearer to Eileen going back to her home and Leia.
I’m hoping it’s nothing more than a seasonal virus Eileen has picked up and hopefully she will be given some meds to get her breathing easier and then be allowed home.
No more news at the moment…
Thankyou Mags
Still rooting for you Eileen, get well soon girl…(((HUGS)))
When people suffer from COPD the slightest chill or cold will turn nasty very quickly. Hope to see you soon Eileen. We are all rooting for you.
You are so right there Cate. Best to keep away from crowds, doctor’s surgeries, public transport. That’s what I do anyway. Eileen doesn’t venture out very much and I think that keeps her very safe from infections. It was only the other day she was asking about steroid tablets and was going to ask her doctor for some. If she does have an infection I will be livid because she should have been prescribed them and the antibiotics to keep at home at all times.
Thanks Mags we can only hope Eileen is home soon.
There is nowhere like your own home particularly if you don’t feel well, being away from it is unsettling .
I didn’t know that, I think she had a flu jab and as you say she doesn’t go out much to pick up anything but she is particularly vulnerable at the moment.
Cate, I don’t think Eileen did have the flu jab. I have spoken out of turn here about being livid, we don’t even know what’s happening with her yet.
Eileen hasn’t had a flu jab, she is terrified of needles
I do think the jab would have been beneficial to her considering she has breathing problems…
I keep looking in to see how Eileen is doing. Do hope they can do their test soon. So she can get the help she need, and be back in the comfort of her own home. Best wishes for a quick recovery Eileen.
I dont think the flue jab is good for you if you have chest problems, i had it and was ill with bronchitis.Might have been a flook, dont know but wont have another one. Any one know about the cat, where she is.
Come on Eileen, we need you here girl. Annie.
Still here and willing you one Eileen, if love, hugs and prayers help you will return tomorrow. Love you.
I am asthmatic and a flu jab is always recommended because in the worst scenario if you have a really bad bout of flu you can end up in hospital in an oxygen tent. So I really think Eileen should have had one but it may not be the cause of her current problems. Lets hope she can leave hospital soon and get back home.
Come on Eileen
