I have a recipe I made up using tuna cream and curry powder. …I’ve never bought ready spiced tuna…I don’t think I’ve seen it here in the supermarket, I’m sure I’ll be corrected on that though.
Learned something new in this thread. I didn’t know there was a packaged spicy tuna.
Thanks! I’m a vegan but still good to know. I may try it one day.
Those little tins are just sold for making sandwiches I think but they go well in an omelette for example
I have an Indian grocery just over the road, much cheaper than buying prepackaged produce from a supermarket.
Some Indian ginger and green chillies just for a little zing, heat isn’t always everything and paprika. My son is very much into putting together his own blend of curry powders and rubs so the latter is a store cupboard essential.
Not too shoddy for £2.40
I like beef Rendang. I have a recipe that involves a long list of ingredients and a few hours but it is worth making as it is delicious. I make it a bit less spicy than a Rendang normally is. I like homemade chilli con carne as well. The only problem is my idea of hot is my hxusbands idea of mild
Madras hotness is about the spicy heat I like, although a Vindaloo is OK sometimes. A few hot sauces to choose from in the cupboard.
Also like Lao Gan Ma Crispy Chilli. Not hot but adds a good flavour to any savoury food or sandwich.
sorry I’m late - YES!
