Do you have any fears

With you on that one, PV.

EEk - I do!

I had a horrible experience with a clown once! Bloody Clown Jacky, I’ll never forget it it.

Shall I tell you about it or leave it to your imaginations? :rofl:

Nah, better tell you, you lot will be thinking all sorts.

So, I used to run a playgroup and we had him in to entertain the kid’s at the Christmas party. He had me up helping him with some tricks and then he said to the kids…….

“Shall I give Mary a big kiss to say thank you?”

Of course all the little swine shouted yes and he planted a big sloppy one on my cheek! I was petrified and covered in clown make-up!

Not recently Harbal, but one can live in hope…
:sunglasses:

I’ve never been afraid of heights (well no more than the average person) but during a 20 mile fell race in the lake district, I was nearing the end with just one 3000 foot mountain between me and a hot shower. Without thinking I scrambled up the first side I came to. After several minutes of struggling with failing muscles I realised that I had inadvertently crossed into the middle of a massive scree slope (scree is an ever moving patch of shale, slate and stone, almost impossible to climb) I suddenly realised I was over 1500 foot high, and going nowhere. I was by myself and slowly being dragged backwards, frantically trying to find a foothold in the loose shale. Looking down I realised would shortly be dragged to my death…And I suddenly became frozen with fright.

I meant that cars are much more dangerous. My apologies.

@Besoeker , Oooer! Are you talking to yourself Besoeker ??
Donkeyman! :roll_eyes::roll_eyes::+1::+1:

I was correcting my earlier mistake.

I fear I will never again be able to turn on the radio without hearing the word ‘Covid’

@Besoeker :+1::grin::grin::+1:
Donkeyman!!

You might be if you woke up one morning with one sharing your pillow and staring you in the face :scream_cat: :scream_cat: :scream_cat: as happened to me in Italy.

Oh eek, that must have been narsty! But it wouldn’t have bothered me as much as it did you. They’re yucky, filthy things but I’m not petrified of them.

I remember once in a bar in Tenerife looking up at the shelf behind the bar and seeing two of those attenna things they have sticking out over the edge of the shelf. Biggest ruddy roach I’ve ever seen, a good 3inches long! We’d just eaten in there as well :nauseated_face:

I am scared of dying alone, though I guess technically we all do. Maybe I mean spending the last of my time on the planet alone…

I have no fear of death, in fact I’m looking forward to it…not the actual process though…suffering…

It isn’t the dying which frightens me, it’s being alone as that day approaches. But I’ll must likely be a grumpy old bitch by then (got the bitch bit covered already) so will be telling everyone to bugger off and leave me to it anyway… :laughing:

My main fear is been buried alive and heights

@Harbal Not necessarily … they could fall off a cliff during a landslide and become buried.

Well I only said unlikely, not impossible. :thinking:

So you did :grin:
