I have two, One in the bedroom and one in the lounge.
She plays the radio for me, reads me audiobooks. answers questions I have, acts as a timer when I’m cooking or have a set task to do.
She also rings my mobile when I mislay it (I wish there was an attachment I could use so she could tell where Ive left my glasses).
Alexa also controls 6 of my homes lights and lamps. She gives me the weather forecast and news each morning. She even “knows” its me as when I ask her who I am she knows my 1st name. She also barks like a dog or meows like a cat and plays sounds like thunderstorms and rain plus a babbling brook or sounds of waves for me to fall asleep to. also to play games.
I use her for many things as I live alone and am very isolated.

Marge has one for playing pop music whilst she’s painting.
I never use it of course.
