Do you dawdle to your destination? Are you always in a hurry because your time management skills are lacking?
I’m one of those who is always early because I never rush for anything or anyone. I even get to work 45 minutes before start time to have breakfast. Never rush. Time everything so there is no need to rush
Always on time, if possible.
Always early. The last time I was in the UK I arrived at Heathrow over 10 hours before the flight. So I know it quite well.
Can I say from my experience that’s not very Australian
I’m always early, I’m a stickler for punctuality.
Anyway, why make life any more stressful than it often can be, be kind to yourself and allow a decent margin of time. I just don’t get those people who insist on leaving everything to the very last minute
I usually arrive early.
Whichever direction I’m travelling from my village, I have to cross a railway line. If there is a train due, the level crossing can be down for up to 20 minutes, so I always add an extra half hour on to my journey time, just in case.
That means I rarely turn up late and am often nearly half an hour early!
im always early
I am always early - by at least 10 minutes. I hate being late because it throws me off for the rest of the day.
I’m always early but not in a stressy, anxious sort of way, I’m just a “give yourself plenty of time” sort of person
I am always early as is my middle son, my daughter on the other hand is always reliably late (she operates on a different time system to the rest of the world). My youngest son has always been a “just in time” person which usually means he will arrive on time give or take 30 seconds…
I’m always an early arriver - at least 10 minutes, often more.
When appointments/luncheons/meetings are scheduled, I make sure to be there at least 5 minutes early.
Dr. visits usually 20 minutes or so, sometimes they are ready for you.
It gives me time to remove my coat, purse, and settle in.
Unfortunately, I am not always punctual to the minute but if I am ten minutes late my excuse is that it is good manners in case the hosts are not quite ready to receive guests. I am afraid this is often met with an impolite response.
Early….do I need to arrive at the theatre an hour before the doors open?
No…but I will tomorrow!
To sit in the bar.
Hate being late.
Was sat in the stand an hour before kickoff yesterday.
In the Summer I’m at the cricket before the gates open.
The train will not arrive 2O minutes early…but I’m on the platform then…
That’s me.
Oh…invite to a party( can’t remember when that last happened) and I’ll almost certainly be first arrival.
Between being early or late, I’m always early. I try to be on time, but I’ll err on the side of early. My mom was always late. I found it to be too stressful as a lifestyle.
Always early. I hate being in a hurry.
Always try to be on time, but will often prefer to be a bit early. Seriously hate being late for anything.
I always arrive early - I’d rather be half an hour early than even a few minutes late. If it’s an appointment where there is a car park I will sit in the car doing a crossword or something until a few minutes before the due time.
Always early,i think it is ignorant/arrogant to arrive late anywhere.
It is totally different if you have been held up by traffic etc, where i live there seems to be constant roadworks being done, yet i never see the improvements when finished.
I am like you Bretrick , always early for everything.
Arriving at work a good half hour ahead , and very early for flights , trips etc…
We live and a crazy fast speed society already, no need to add to the daily pressure by being late or disorganised…
Plus… I always try to anticipate, the unexpected just to be on the safe side…
