If there was any reason to accept that the moon landings did happen this is it.
The moon landings happened at the height of the cold war, if it was in anybody’s interest in exposing the moon landings as fake then it would be the Russians yet they have never suggested that the landing were fake. They had all all the facilities needed to prove the landings fake but did/could not do so.
You can claim all the other facts were faked but the Russians are a deal breaker.
I’m not suggesting anything Graham, I just posed the question. And it’s not “My Account” if you read my earlier post correctly, you will have noted that I mentioned that I was 70% sure that moon landings did take place…

Sure, there are some anomalies concerning the reporting of the moon landings, but most of you seem to have cleared matters up. Although with such a powerful organisation such as NASA it would never be easy to get to the truth. The space race seemed to have ended abruptly. Even the Russians called it a day, did they know something that we don’t?
I would have thought that the moon would be an excellent strategic place to construct something that couldn’t be accessed by anyone else…Perhaps they have, and kept it a secret. Not something that would be reported in the media.

Apollo missions 18, 19 and 20 were cancelled because the dollars run out and concerns following the Apollo 13 incident. The Russians gave up having lost the race for a variety of reasons simply because of American economic and technological superiority.
I think Sputnik started it all.The USA were scared they were going to be spied on.Bob Hope at the time said something like “Their German scientists are better than our German scientists” Referring to the use of ex-Nazis after the war. 
Now that’s not as daft as it sounds Bruce. People actually pay good money for a piece of real estate on the moon. You can even have a geological feature named after you…

Incidentally, the piece of moon rock that was circulating the halls of knowledge was found to be a fake…
When you think about it (which most people don’t, they just repeat stuff they saw on the news ) Nearly all of the people at mission control might have been fooled as well. After all, they were just sat watching TV’s like the rest of us. So the number of people who were ‘In on it’ might not have been as many as we thought. Plus the fact that those that were ‘in on it’ all had families. And how do we know that the current list of so called conspiracy theorists are some of those who were actually ‘in on it’? They would probably be in their eighties by now and feel the world ought to know the truth. Just sayin’
All of our information comes from third party sources, speculation and assumptions. Which is exactly the same sources as the conspiracy theorists…Most of the information we know about the proving that man walked on the moon would be actually inadmissible in court as third party (or even fourth and fifth) and here say…
This is a ridiculous statement given the physical and observable evidences available.

still see the evidence around the landing site on a clear night OGF ???
Why dont you try it some time, and put all our minds at rest ??

Since when would they need a reason?
That is not a problem and has already been mentioned by several people - the cold war, the reason the space race was started in the first place.
However saying that doesn’t mean they were faked.
