as a war baby we didnt get out a lotā€¦lolā€¦
after the war we went to the seaside with the Co-op trip
and in Scotland May-day was a holiday [not in England at that time]
i remember we went on the NUM march as kids and i think the parade was lead by Bulganon and Kruschevā€¦lolā€¦

I remember at one village we lived in the WI or someone used to organize bus mystery trips but we always ended up in Porthcawl,not that we minded.
