This was probably put out in Tuesday’s tv guide, before Friday’s outcome, so they don’t want to give anything away. Surely if the trial has been abandoned Tyrone is fully free? And I think, after seeing Kirsty in tears in the van, she knows she’s lost out to Fiz.
I agree - I don’t think someone can be tried twice can they? I’m not sure the storyline with Kirsty is over - she’ll undoubtedly be released at some point from mental health care and she may then go back for Ruby …
I got confused last night, I thought it was Ryan who went for a taxi and Eileen was telling about Paul, and wondered how on earth Ryan was going to talk to Paul, then realised it was Dr Carter. They look quite alike don’t they?
Kirsty is out of Corrie now as at the end of Corrie when the credits were rolling the announcer said two people have left the cobbles Sunita and Kirsty.
We have seen the last of Kirsty now unless she returns in the future.
I think Paul is leaving soon too…
Yes he is Mags. The producers reckon they’ve got no further use for him. I could give them a looooong list of characters who I think have run their course: Dev being at the very top!!!
Definitely Dev has to go, you would think he would have learned how to act by now!
Isn’t Hayley supposed to be leaving as well?
I dooooo wish Dev would stop peppering his lines with ‘er, er’. It’s infuriating!!
Are we really expected to believe that Tina’s flat could be broken into, just yards away from Roy’s cafe, and right opposite too?! I don’t think so, buster!
Isn’t this to lead into the storyline of Tina and Gary’s affair? I knew they’d come up with Tina not wanting to give up the baby and although I don’t like the girl Gary is with (such a moaning minnie), I wouldn’t wish all that on her so Corrie - I’m not happy with this storyline :mad2:
No, I’m not happy with it either! Couldn’t we at least get one happy outcome? They just think of more and more misery to inflict on the characters, and viewers (for those of us irritated by Dev’s grief!!!)
It makes it worse because Izzy is disabaled (she is in real life as well), it doesn’t look a decent thing to do because of that.
was wondering after Kirsty’s hand in Tyrone’s as witnessed by prison warder, if they were going to accuse Tyrone of supplying drugs to Kirsty.
And another observation. Kirsty had the locks changed after Tyrone left the house. I wonder if he ever got hold of the keys, otherwise how did he get in? Or was the house left unlocked again? (And to think burglars had to force the door of Tina’s flat! Just go round checking back doors!!!)
And will she now get Tyrone’s name registered as the father of Ruby?
All these (unanswered) questions…
I wondered about that as well Jazzi - that Ruby was just handed over to Tyrone when he isn’t registered as Ruby’s biological father - no test done or anything!
And when is Stella’s mother going to be shipped off again, I can’t stand her.
How come Stella ignored Karl’s confession to killing Sunita? Has she gone deaf or what?
I think she thought Karl was just saying that in a way of blaming himself for getting involved with Sunita in the beginning, if he hadn’t of got involved with her she would still be alive. I suppose that’s what Stella thought he meant but she could of said to him “what do you mean you killed her?”
Still, it is a soap and things are not the normal way of life in soapland.
I missed the first few minutes of the second programme last night so missed Karl’s “confession”. Do I gather from the above post that it didn’t happen? I came in when they were snogging so was she shutting him up with that rather than let him say any more?
Hope it doesn’t drag on…
I how we all want him caught and brought to justice, he can’t get away with it surely?
Alison, I think Stella did say to Karl ‘what do you mean you killed her’. I’m pretty sure she did say that.
