Corrie

No Mups. I can’t stand the bloke, so I can’t. Character, or actor. Dredging the bottom of the barrel, if you ask me.

LOL! If I were castaway on a desert island and had to choose between JMcD and boring K B - I’d probably drown myself !!

Are they both coming back this week? I can see it now . . . .

Deidre: "Ken, oh Ken, come 'ere and give me a kiss:

JMcD : “Elizabeth, hows about a pint on the house for yer thirsty husband”

Oh Gawd, heaven help us.

Tell you what, can’t stand Yazmeen, or the woman playing her. She just cannot act and contributes nothing to the programme.

Just watching last night’s episode.

Which one’s that Jazzi, is that the silly woman locked in the library with Roy? If so, I agree with you completely, really stupid, over-acting.

It seems that Jim Mc is in the same prison as Peter Barlow and he sells booze to the inmates.

Ditto!

Yes, that’s the one. Can’t bear looking at her, or listening to her. How she passed auditions I’ll never know.

TBH the missus has worked for several Asian Doctors and that ladies portrayal was very reminiscent of some of their wives.

It will soon need to be renamed, Currynation Street.:lol:

But I still won’t tolerate bad acting on a programme I watch all the time, whoever or whatever she is. I’ll say again, she contributes nothing to the show.

Hi Jazzi, please understand I am looking at the narrative, not the artistic prowess.

So what did you all think of Ken’s return?
I flippin’ well missed it!

He looks very different, I thought. Older, definitely, and more frail. I didn’t think much of his acting either.

I don’t believe he can act - when did you ever see him in anything else? :frowning: His son, Linus, has appeared in more things.:-D:-D:-D

Deidrie´s attempt at sobbing and crying last night was quite something to see !

I was laughing out loud at what should have been an emotional scene! I thought it was hilarious.

“Currynation St”…now that made me laugh…and yes quite agree

I thought Ken looked just the same. His acting during the ‘showdown’ with Deirdre was certainly better than hers!

I agree with that eccles, he seems to have noticeably aged now. Mind you, I expect we have too.
