I was going to add this to my previous message but this is a summary from yesterday of the nationwide outbreaks of Covid. Australia has gone from zero cases to over one hundred in just a week.

The NT/Qld/WA FIFO outbreak is still a concern.

Since that report more parts of Queensland has gone into a “hard and fast” lockdown.

Sydney has 19 new cases announced this morning (Tuesday) with the state’s Premier hoping that NSW has avoided a surge in cases due to the lockdown of 5 million people. 67000 people were tested yesterday.

Because of this outbreak the federal government has said that anybody under 40 can request an AZ vaccine from their GP at any time. This initiative from Scotty is expected to make not a bit of difference to pathetic vaccine rollout. The advice is that AZ should not be given to under 60 year olds remains but now anyone can request it (as if anyone under 60 will)

Nearly half the population of Australia is in lockdown after more LGAs in Queensland and Alice Springs were added

I’m watching BBC morning TV and the England V Germany goal . There are hundreds of people being filmed and all jumping on each other shouting and yelling yet no one is wearing face coverings. Yet we are still wearing masks in shops I’m confused as to what’s going on . Are people now allowed to gather together in hundreds without masks . ?

How did we get here?

Sadly a 91yo lady died of Covid in NSW in the last 24 hours, she was not vaccinated, There are 47 people in NSW hospitals, 16 in ICU half of those in ICU are under 50 including one teenager.

No one who has been vaccinated is in hospital. It graphically illustrates the failure of the Federal Government to meet any vaccination targets they set for themselves or to secure enough vaccine. Useless mob of no hopers.
