phelan story line is on going still ’ i can see more thrills to come ’ i do like the episodes at the moment this is where u see the good actors from bad ’ but i do know eva is going out soon -maybe takes the baby with her ?
i never watch EastEnders as its one row ongoing every series and gets boring ’ it does need a change of actors i reckon to brighten it up’ but at least with Emmerdale and corrie there is some funny parts ';

oh dear, I’ve just watched last weeks omnibus which we had recorded and all I’ve done the whole time is bawl my eyes out, what an emotional week of episodes was that. Some great acting (apart from Kate) It must have been very emotional filming that too. Well done to them.
Loved those 3 old ladies last night. They reminded me of Ena, Martha and Minnie. :-D. I hope they have more than a few episodes.
Phelan back soon reportedly holed up in a caravan in Wales. They were actually filmed on a caravan site in our village a few weeks ago. :-D.
Yes, I agree about the three old biddies (er, no reflection on any old biddies on this forum).
However, they’ll never replace the formidable Ena Sharples.
I couldn’t stand them and hope we dont have to put up with either them or the old girl staying with Daniel for much longer. None of them can act and none are in the least bit funny.

Phelan has gone now, and I confess that I’m rather disappointed in that. His character brought some real excitement to the soap.
Now we need another ‘baddie’.

That was Nigel Havers (can’t remember his Corrie name). He had a fling with Audrey a few years ago, then he swindled her out of some money. He has obviously been passing on information about Gail’s family to the psychic woman.
I can’t stand them either. I heard Corrie had a new producer and she was going to make Corrie like it used to be. But oh no - not another Minnie, Martha & Ena.
We’ve all moved on since then!!
Corrie was good last night but a disappointment to see Phelan dead at last. I wanted him captured alive and a juicy court case to follow.

I was pleased that Anna got her revenge that she’d longed for.
NH’s character is Lewis, I think. Wonder what he wants from the family now?

It was a complete surprise to me that it was Anna who finally killed him … he got what he deserved 
I agree. A very poor substitute for Ena Sharples, Minnie Caldwell and Martha Longhurst.
Ena, especially, was a very important character and still lives in older people’s memories. These three silly women have absolutely no character: what a mistake.
I thought she was in prison. How convenient that she was let out (presumably).

It would appear that Anna is now leaving and taking the spiteful, untrustworthy Fay with her…Couldn’t Fay have a fling with Nasty Simon and take him up to geordie land too?..
