Christmas Cakes

This time of the year I make my Christmas cake, made it yesterday. I’ll put some sherry in it and then cover it with cling film and put in a air tight container, then every so often i’ll put a bit more sherry in.

Looks delicious - I’m drooling here. I would use greaseproof paper to wrap it though - don’t like cling film at all - just a personal choice.

Thank you Silver Tabby I’ll still use cling film because I’ll be putting sherry in it over the months.
