I buy the sauce sachets, then just put in frying pan whatever takes my fancy. So mixed veg and mushrooms from the freezer, noodles (defrosting), micro rice if I want that, but not today. And I have some cooked chicken from Morrisons. Sometimes I buy a stir fry veg mix but am not a great fan of the ingredients.

I had a massive plate of food, and managed to get some meat scraps for Holly. She can also share my Yorkie, as it was too big. And yes, I ate every mouthful. 
Collected Holly, home to feed her, I’ve got comfy on the sofa and just had a cuppa.

Vets at 11, for Holly’s vaccinations. Lots of road works and closures here so need to go the long way round.
Have been for my Diabetic eye screening this morning, still trying to focus on what I am typing.
Yes I hate having blurred eyes for hours afterwards, or having bright sun in my eyes. Did you go to the Kirkley Centre?

Yes it was the Kirkley Centre, all very good though, saw me on time, drops in, sat in the waiting room for 15 mins. Back in did eye test and photos, out again.

Did a good bit of shopping yesterday, after the library, so no plans for going out this weekend. Weather not all that good, anyway. Will stay home and do house work.
