Susie, the mobility shop in town might sell them. Those places usually do. I’ll check for you.
Lifestyle and Mobility near Greggs would sell them but they are £8. If you have an Amazon or eBay account, you’d be better off ordering from one of them. Half the price, or you can get more than one.
I feel terrible still, coughing, blowing my nose etc went for my two scans this morning just got home, I couldn’t wait to get home, I feel like I dying.
Susie, glad you are now well enough to venture out.
I have my diabetic review at noon, and as I forgot to collect my repeat meds yesterday, will do that on way home today.
I have a salmon fillet* to cook, with a sachet of watercress sauce, for lunch. *Picked up a pack of 2 in Morrisons, reduced in price. Will freeze one of them and try half a pack of the sauce too.
Used the vax. Very good but heavy on the hands. Spose you can’t have everything, lol. Picks up a lot of dust and fluff, and trying to open the lid to empty can be a faff, but managed it.
Yesterday I spent time sorting out stuff in middle bedroom. I have a huge box to take to the tip (all different materials), plus several collapsible crates for charity. Moved my fold up bed to a different wall, and the phone and router are on top.
As my friend said, well done to me, little and often.
I’m having an easy meal lunchtime, chicken stir fry. Maybe just noodles and some veg, and throw in some cashew nuts. Rice, I’d have to open a new sachet and then waste half, or freeze it. May only have half sachet of sauce, freeze the rest.
When I drop Holly off to the groomers tomorrow, I’m going on to the Wherry, and will have a carvery for lunch.

That sounds nice Janet.
Do you buy the stir fry or make your own, I buy mine from Iceland then add extras to it, being that there are two of us.
