Staying home today, keep Holly company, and most probably do some housework. Will also make a list of what shopping I need to get, bread, veg etc. I hope to get some cheap veg bargains, that the supermarkets are starting from tomorrow.

Yes i’m cooking my Turkey today as well, then let it all cool down, then slice it up into portions, have just made the stuffing of sausage meat and Chestnut and Cranberry stuffing.
I made up my sausage meat and stuffing portions the other day and frozen them. Just need to make up fresh flavoured stuffing on each day.

Morning all, its freezing cold, and gale force wind here.
This morning I have already carved up my Turkey and got7 big meals out of it, all in Freezer now, have prepared my vegs and trimmings etc. just need to lay the table and make the Prawn Cocktails.
