Had a very disturbed night, thanks to the dog. Let her in the garden about 1.30, up again at 3, this time physically took her out the front so I could see her wee. Then a little later, with me still not having fallen asleep, she had her head on my pillow making the most horrendous noises with her mouth: swallowing, smacking her lips etc. Eventually I went to find some ear plugs and mercifully had a few more hours kip, waking up at a respectable 7.50.
I love her dearly, as you all know, but I canāt wait for Saturday when I hand her over to her carer for 7 days.
Will try and catch the 10.13 bus, into town. Over 60s centre, have a cuppa, see a few friends, and then do the library.

good morning and another warm one, we did a ride out to Lytham St Annes yesterday, there was a nice breeze for a wander, ice cream on the prom, so today a drive out to Knott End and another prom walkies and no doubt ice cream
Morning all, got a busy day, took dog for walk, then got shopping to do get back and then go to sainsbury to hopefully collect new micro wave kettle and toaster, could not get them other day as they only had 2 in black but they got all 3 now yippee have a good one stay cool
Having some ladies round here this morning, we will sit in the garden. I will set WM going with clothes wash while they are here then will hang it all out when they leave. I then hope to get to PaH for more dog biscuits before Holly goes away tomorrow.
They only stayed just over an hour, and it was pleasant. They all declined a biscuit. Once theyād left I hung my washing out, gave H a bit of food, then went to the retail park. Giving her the rest of her meal when I got home,

Brief visit this morning from son, dog and granddaughter. Poor Tabatha spends the time under a chair when the dog, a lovely Border Collie called Beau, arrives. Weāre supposed to be having him in August for two weeks so hopefully sheāll come round before then.

Good mornings all. It looks like being the last of the hot days for a while. My dogs enjoyed their early morning walk out on the common. All came back with wet legs except for Rosie. Her legs are only six inches long so she was soaked but she loved it. Enjoy your day people but take care, itās a dangerous world out there.
