I have the WM going with the bed linen I took off yesterday. Hoping to get it out in the garden later in the sunshine.
Not an early start to the day though. Got up about 7.50. Holly wanted the garden in the early hours, again.

Up at 7ish, downstairs to use bathroom and make a cuppa. Refresh Holly’s water and biscuits, and that’s what she’s just gone down for,
We went to bed about 8.45, then she woke me two hours later for the garden. She had done her toilet about tea time and I had taken her out the front for a wee before bed, then a little later she stood on me again so I yellled ‘no’ at her, and she settled down. I swear she only goes out there for the neighbourhood cats. They stay on top of the shed, taunting her.
I will bring my black bin round before going off to the community cafe, so I can top it up before tomorrow’s collection. Hate leaving it in the alley for other people to use. One time I had returned it to the gate but had forgotten to take it back to the garden, and found a few bin bags already in it! They just don’t care, around here, whose bin they use, as long as it’s not their own.
Morning, off to do our weekly shopping this morning.

Early meet up at the cafe, I will get off to do Holly’s lunchtime walk then go out again, to the retail park, as I want a few bits. Then later, off to the local shop to see our friend.

Swimmers, did you read about my dwarf Gourami getting stuck inside the ornament, he decided to go inside an ornament which was far too small for him and got stuck and we had to help him out of it, but a part of his head at the top is missing, but he is still happily swimming around.
That’s something, at least! 
Swimmy, gotta keep busy. Use it or lose it, as they say.

Sorry for the delay in replying, having a very bad day.
Fish are amazing things, they can survive all sorts of injuries, but do have some horrible diseases if the water is not kept right.
Your tank is lovely and your fish look very happy.
We clean the tank out every week and suck up all the dirt etc.

Been up an hour. Alarm set for 6.30 but Holly was making me so uncomfortable in bed there was no point staying.
Hoping the rain eases off for today. Dropping her down the road then dashing off to collect my friend, and we will have a day to and in Norwich.

Thanks. Been back about 10 minutes, and had a cuppa. We had lunch in Wetherspoons. Had split up from getting off train (she walks, I get the bus), then split again to meet up at the station. Got the 14.58 train. I had spent a good bit but friend barely anything.
Got a new dressing gown, sweatshirt, slippers, hoover bags, and sweets. And two bits in M&S food hall. By 2 I’d had enough and made my way to the station.

You said you got the 14.58pm train but by 2pm you made your way back to the train station again?
Correct. We got the 9.48 train out, and the 14.58 back. I left the the town itself at 2.

I always enjoy a trip to Norwich. As my friend said, more places to shop at than anywhere else near us. Holly was good with her carer, and had two playmates. She said she was doing zoomies round the garden. That is the reason I like her going to this lady, as she always has a few other dogs staying.
Will just leave her briefly today to collect my repeat meds and then an early visit to see our friend in the shop as she is covering a part shift for her colleague.
