Chit Chat Thread (Part 2)

Emjay, I saw that, Morrisons being shut.

Thanks, Susie.

Morning all.

Shall do some hoovering shortly and apply Holly’s flea spot on treatment. Left it while she’s been ill and pumped full of chemicals.

Then sometime today hope to have the usual long and relaxed phone chat with older sister. She called the other day while my lunch was cooking, to see how Holly was.

Good morning all.
Not a lot going on at the moment. That’s ok with me as I had an exciting day yesterday.
We filled up both cars with bags of what is called reusable stuff that we took to the local tip. They have a shop there where that takes this sort of thing.
We then went for lunch at a recommended restaurant and was very good.
We then went to see how the new house was coming along.
Then back to my daughter’s for dinner.

Morning all.

If I can move the car I want to get to Morrisons, then home to cook a roast. While cooking, Holly and I can go and see our friend when she starts her shift in the shop. Some residents here do like to hem you in!

Later it will be snuggled up on the sofa with my book and recorded telly.

Good morning all.
What’s with this grey cloudy sky? Has the sun gone out and nobody is telling us?
I will blame it on to our new government.
Nothing planed for this morning and just taking it easy.
This afternoon I will be having a visit from my friend down the road, for tea and gossip on the other residents from our road.

Emjay, we were told by the weather announcers that we would likely have this cloud coverage for 10 days.

Morning all.

Off to the community cafe this afternoon, after I’ve cooked another roast. Still got yesterday’s washing up to do, though.

Hi everyone grey day in London lm off to paint a fence have a good one people

Good morning all.
I had some blue sky and sunshine earlier. Still a bit of blue sky about.
Off to do my weekly shop at Sainsburys shortly.
Nothing else planed yet.

Afternoon all, lovely and sunny and blue skies, but now its turned really windy and cold.

Sorted out our Funerals this morning, that’s all done and paid for now.

Have a nice evening all.

It’s flipping freezing! Fed up now.

Good morning all.

It’s gale force wind here, got my washing outside.

No plans for today.

Have a good day all.

Good morn8ng been up since 6-15am as dog does not realise the clocks went back lol, getting ready to go and carry on with painting a fence hopefully no rain in Kent have a good one

Morning.

Well if it’s windy I’m not looking forward to the dog walks.

Cafe this morning, pop into shop later to see our friend, and will choose a new library book to start on.

Good morning all.
Blue sky but a cold wind from the North East.
It helps me wake up on my morning stroll. I came very close to one of the inhabitant foxes, I feel sure that they are getting used to me, as it did not run away.
As usual for a Tuesday, I shall accompany my daughter to Sainsburys later.

Good morning all.
Again I have blue sky, but a cold northerly wind.
Someone down my road was giving away on our roads Watts-app, some baby aloe vera. I managed to get one.
Off to the coffee morning at the AgeUK later.
Her down the road is not going, she just messaged me and has a blinding headache.

Morning all.

I used to have an aloe Vera plant but don’t have a use for the gel much nowadays. My psoriasis has more or less cleared up.

Waiting for the WM to finish its cycle. Had stripped the bed recently but forgot to wash the linen. I have all new stuff now to put on the bed so will have another set to wash soon. Not quite the weather though, for drying stuff.

Shall stay home with the dog today, keep her company, but might pop into town in the morning, as I have a reserved Peter James book to collect, his latest.

Good morning all.
Back to the overcast clouds again here.
I did not know this, but when it is cold the fish in my pond do not feed so much.
Normally there is a rush for the food, flake and pellets. But they are not rushing now.
Cleaning lady this morning, and later down the road with my daughter, as someone is coming to take the beds away.

Morning all.

Town centre for library, over 60s club to see a friend who goes every Thursday, Iceland for milk, then maybe round to Currys to look at their PCs again. My one, which is over 5 years old, plays up and doesn’t have a compatible graphics card to play the blue ray dvds. It is also running W8.1. On start up, it goes to a BIOS screen and I have to click save and exit every single time. It doesn’t open up on the normal desktop. It runs slow, too. Time to upgrade!

Morning all.

Lots I could think of doing but it’s whether I want to.
