As for Saturday it is laundry day. I have just put on the second load.
My daughter and SIL have gone to the Isle of Wight for the weekend. My grandson did not go, so I expect he will come here and find some mischief for us to get up to.

Sis is in town this morning but too late for me to consider it, really, once the dog walk is done. Iām still not dressed.
Most probably another day just fiddling about indoors. Might put another washing load on, set the dehumidifier to dry it later. Might not.

Yes it is very cold out frost everywhere.
I think at last I have broken the back of this latest plague. I had a better night.
Tea and cake at my down the road neighbour has been cancelled again, as she is still suffering from this cough/cold plague.
I expect I shall find things to do. Already have a bread being made.
I am fiddling about indoors waiting for the time to go to my sisterās. Lunch is likely to be late as the chicken isnāt quite defrosted. So I have put up the new tree I bought last week, battery lights, tinsel and a few baubles and ornaments. Need to take two items back to The Range, which I might do tomorrow, if I can gather together and finish the two bags of shredding to drop off nearby. May as well kill two birds etc.
Shall now start on some cards.

My daughter will be coming home shortly. 10.30 ferry, an hour on that, and about a 2 hour drive to home.

Thanks to the rain I have decided not to bother going out today. It can all wait for another day. Itās only to take some bags for shredding, on to The Range for some returns and Morrisons for petrol.
Before going to sis yesterday I got milk and bread in Aldi and her cat biscuits, so as for myself, I have no need to go out. Will cook something for lunch.

That should clear the bottom of the wardrobe.
Daughter Sue is coming to see us this afternoon so no other plans.

Waiting for a man to turn up this morning at 9am to give a quote on a new wooden gate and fencing all round the garden, then off to Gorleston and visit Iceland, QD and Morrisonās, then back home.

The usual for Tuesday morning, cafe meet, home for dog walk, then will see if I have time to put on another roast, maybe, if I prep veg beforehand.

It is cold and felt it as I just did my morning stroll.
Off to the Wednesday AgeUK club later.
I am expecting parcels, so I hope that they will deliver to next door if not in this morning.
I am not sitting in waiting, and then they donāt arrive. Been there, done that.
Did go out this morning. Got myself up to our new McD for a sausage McMuffin breakfast. Then into the Tesco opposite. Bought a nice pink jumper, 25% off with Clubcard, so was Ā£12. Tried L on in store, asked two members of staff if ok to try and they reckoned I needed a size smaller, so got M.
Home, quick cuppa, dog walk, then lunch of ready made pancakes, sugar and lemon. Finished stuffing the bags for shredding and hope to go tomorrow. A late shower and now lounging about in my new PJs, with another cuppa.
