The 2 silver fish in the pond seem to have recovered. They are no longer laying on their sides, but swimming about naturally.
I have bread making, and later I shall go shopping with my daughter. I am convincing her that it is easier to use the scanner on her purchases. Instead of having to queue at the checkouts. She believes that it is making the checkout staff redundant. Not really as they have been given other jobs to do in the store l

It is raining here but only a fine drizzle. It did not stop me doing my morning walk round the field.
Cleaning lady comes this morning, and this afternoon my friend may be paying me a visit. When she comes she always brings me naughty cakes and stuff. Here is me trying to be good with my diet.
My next door neighbour and I are going to fall out if he keeps slamming his front door!!!
Hair cut now in two weeks time. We both agreed it didnât need doing yet. I have also booked next one for December.
Susie, please donât mention on FB anything about my neighbour as we are friends on there. These forums are the only places I can let off steam about them. Thanks. He has a thing about slamming his front door and as he is working on his car is in and out, in and out. Yet when he comes home between 9.15 and 9,30 at night from work, he can close the door softly. Why? Because his kids and partner will be in bed.

Later this evening there will be a gathering at her house for dinner. My daughter and husband, grandson and his girlfriend, and girlfriendâs granny, and I.
Girlfriendâs parents are still on holiday in Turkey.

Have he thought considered getting rid of your live plants and replacing with silk ones, all mine are artificial and look very realistic.
You then donât need daylight lights, can use very low cost colour enhancing LEDs. very cheap to run and you snails will eat the algae in the tank.

Yes we do have some artificial plants also real ones, we will need to replace some of our real ones, its the snails that have eaten them, they do a good job at cleaning the glass, although we do have Ground feeder fishes as well.

As it rained a lot yesterday I am guessing the allotment will be wet. Lol. Understatement. So suppose I ought to do housework, tidying, putting shopping away, and hoovering.
Had to wait till 9.30ish when it stopped enough to get the dog out. However, she still asked for the garden a few hours later. Little madam, eh?
I was in town yesterday, bought more dog biscuits from the pet shop that is closing, and went to the library.

I had Lemon Chicken last night cooked by my Son , it was followed by Apple Crumble that I made , it was nice.
Today is a much better day weather wise , and im helping with more gardening at my sons garden.This will probably be the last , as shrubs and bulbs will be in , and the ground will be getting colder .
Another 2 weeks and i will be sowing Sweet Peas in the pots in the Greenhouse to over winter for next year , they make an earley display .
That will be my end of gardening year, till the next spring when I will sow Zinnias that was a great success this year .
I shall need to think of something to keep me busy in the winter months .

Also had a lot of rain yesterday afternoon and evening.
At my daughterâs for dinner there was a couple of others there.
My grandsons girlfriend and the girlfriends granny.
The food was supplied by one of my son-in-laws customers. (Free) It was two big trays of lamb, chicken, rice, and other bits. It was a traditional Turkeyâs meal.

Yesterday I flew to Argos on our retail park and bought a 2022 model iPad. My second one is 6.5 years old, fed up with low battery life, and it is recommended that users replace after 5 years anyway. I am waiting for the cover to be delivered later before I use it (still on old one for now), and I also had to order adaptor leads as it is not a usb end, but something different. Therefore I canât yet connect to a pc to transfer all the photos. Yesterday I managed to transfer all apps and photos to the new one, but want to save the photos. They are still on the old one, with everything taking up so much space. Think I need to delete some apps which are space gobblers and reinstall.
