I will add to the collection. My knees are still playing up. The 12k one is not too bad.
Right. Printers.
I have now got the old XP700 working again. No problem seeing the iPhone or iPad via wifi.
The new XP2205 is still blind to phone and iPad. Even the help via chat with Epson can’t solve the problem.
Also I can’t get compatible inks for it. The originals cost more than the printer.
I would take it back to Argos, but I have chucked the box and packing away. (Fool me).
Plans for today.
I expect when my daughter comes, she will drag me out somewhere, and lunch out.
Weather here. Still very warm but getting cloudy. Rain?

Shall spend the worst part of the day indoors, pottering about, then later this afternoon will take the strimmer to the allotment, do what I can.
I have medicines to put into plastic day strips, that can be done with a cuppa by my side.
Need some food basics soon, will see how long I can hold out for.

I have to hunt for several gardening items, that have strangely gone missing. One thick gardening glove, and the tap adapter for my allotment garden hose. Until I find the latter I cannot fill up my small water butt. Spoke to the chap who’d given me the blue one, told him it leaked, and he said he’d look for a replacement for me. Helpful chap.
Also have to find my garden shears. I was using them only a few days ago. To cut the grass and weeds where then strimmer won’t go.

Also had some rain in the night. It looks like there is more on the way.
Father’s Day. Yea right. I got another house plant and chocolates from my son.
My daughter is taking me out somewhere but will not say where to buy me something. She said that I can chose what I want. A mystery?
I decided to take that printer back to Argos later. I have had it for two weeks and still can’t get it to connect to my smart devices.
Enough is enough with it.
It’s a fact Emjay enough is, as you say, enough! Argos though are very good though with returns, never had a problem with them on that score.
Well Barry I am having problems this time with Argos. They are asking all sorts of questions. My daughter came with me this morning as we were going to other places. Although I don’t have the boxes, but I still have the receipt. When my daughter texted Argos yesterday, they told her that if the item is not working, then you don’t need the packaging. They got the manager out.
They were asking too many questions about it. We were told to bring it back tomorrow and the manager will contact Epson to get the text messages that I had with them. So we went home. Later my daughter said it was not right and as they sold it and it’s not working, a refund should be given.
She left it there (got a receipt) and I am going back at 4 pm.
I don’t think that they realy know what they are doing. As when they turned it on and tried to connect it to their wifi. It said the password has been changed. Impossible. The password is on a label in side the printer.
I shall go back tomorrow.
I have also never had problems with exchanges there in the past. No more Argos for me. Don’t have this problem with Amazon or eBay.
Oh and the surprise Father’s Day was she took me to a musical instrument shop and bought me a Ukulele of my choice. Got a tenor one.

I was in bed by 9, but did hear the rain. No thunderstorm that I was aware of, though. Glad my allotment was watered for me. No gardening today, shall have a rest. Off to town instead. Need the library and Wilko.

Morning everyone, feels fresher here after yesterday evening’s rain and yes, the garden has had along overdue proper watering thank goodness.
Had a smashing day with the family yesterday and the weather held fine until they had all left at tea time, so just a pottering about day for me tidying the garden furniture away and generally getting back to normal, and with a few leftovers to eat for lunch… perfect…

My water butt is full.
I had a added follower this morning on our outing. This one is getting quite friendly.
Off shortly to Sainsbury’s for my shopping, and later this afternoon going back to the Argos that is in Sainsbury’s, for another argument about that printer. My daughter left it there, but got a receipt from them.

I need to call at the X-Ray dept of Kings Mill Hospital today for a prepack in readiness for my cat scan on Thursday. I am needing this as they didn’t complete my colonoscopy last week due to pain & discomfort.
Tony will come with me & while we’re there we’ll have a walk round Kings Mill reservoir.
I think that will do us for the day…

Morning everyone, just started raining here and forecast to continue for a few hours, but the garden will be grateful so no complaints… 
Just back from the Tesco shop and contemplating the day ahead which, at the time of writing, is a blank canvas…

It was not raining at 0400 this morning when Minnie woke me up to go out. But heavy rain now.
I could not get back to sleep as I had the continued drama of the printer that I got 2 weeks ago from Argos. It is still not seeing my phone or iPad. Three times I have been there, and left for them to test it… They said it was ok but it is not. Even the check print out says there is a fault.
All I want is a refund and they seem reluctant to do so. Well sometime to day I am going back again and not leaving until I get a refund.
Never again will I buy from Argos. You don’t get this sort of treatment from Amazon or eBay.
