Morning all, sun is out.
Off out into Town this morning, stroll along the shops, might have a Coronation Chicken Roll, just to keep them happy. Might watch about 1 hr of the Coronation.
Have a nice day all.

Morning everyone, overcast here and rain forecast for later, but still very mild.
Going to pick my Mum up shortly to bring here here to watch the coronation with us, and give her a nice lunch with a glass of fizz to toast the King.
Have a pleasant day folks
Good morning all.
I was up early this morning 5am thanks to a little dog named Minnie.
So done most of my Saturday chores. Been and done my daughters cat, second lot of laundry doing,
Coronation? Been there and done that in 1953. I had just left school and my first job was in a photo news agency in Fleet Street. So it was as a ārunnerā taking the photos to the newspapers.
I suppose like the millions I should watch it later.
Good morning everybody.
Iām just back from a five day stay in Wales. The sun shone & we had a lovely time.
Today will be spent washing & shopping & watching the coronation in between.
Have a good day allā¦
Morning all.
Managed to secure a caravan booking but am home right now (it is about 20 minutes away, found a quicker way), as I had no usb plug with me, and also needed other stuff. Not least cleaning fluid for pets as Holly was poorly minutes after we got into the caravan. I must remember, when we go next Monday, not to feed her beforehand. Four little places to wipe up, sigh. Not her fault. She just hates being in the car. Right now she is crashed out on the floor.
Will need to collect a new scrip when the pharmacy opens, then I will get tomorrowās lunch (chicken drums) from the fridge, give Holly a walk, then return to the caravan. Bed was ok, but no cushions on the living room furniture, so a bit uncomfortable for reading.
Had put the alarm for 9am. Set to record from BBC ONE SCOTLAND from 7:30am this morning.
CoffeeBean woke me up with meows and kisses at 7am. Thankfully, or not, had a slight disorder of the stomach.
Woke up daughter at 9am. Enjoyed a lunch of Roast Beef Sandwich on white, mayo, Dijon mustard and salad lettuce mix plus slice of white cheddars. Pea and ham soup plus daughterās birthday cupcakes for dessert.
As it was daughterās birthday on this past week, she wanted her celebration to be tonight. So itāll be Chinese Takeaway with a bottle of Asti Bubbly and more cupcakes for dessert. A wonderful 34th birthday dayā¦
Thankfully, it isnāt raining up here. So far, itās been quiet but now the roads are busy again with cars, ambulances and more.
Time to get out of PJās and get the second pot of coffee going. Later yāall
Water water everywhere. And not a drop coming out of the taps. Never had that happen before (in the caravan). Still chucking it down, and no outing with the dog. Hope she can hold it.
I phoned Park security and they were aware of the issue. Minutes later I heard gurgling, tried the tap and water had supply had been restored. Phoned them back and he was grateful Iād let them know. He was trying their tap as we spoke.
By about 12.30 it had stopped enough to get Holly out for both her toilets. A lot of the paths and corners of the roads in the park are flooded.
Now rain has stopped thundering down on the caravan roof I shall try for some sleep (just had a hot chocolate).
Morning all.
Thankfully the rain has moved on. Last day at the site, home tomorrow morning. Then looking forward to our 4 nights in a different park in a weekās time.
Sis might pop in today, will check later when I think she is up.
Had the heating on in the caravan in the night. It was flipping cold. I had meant to fetch my small oil filled radiator but forgot it. Must put it on the list for next weekās stay. At least for the next holiday I will have more time to pack, not three hours, lol.
Morning Jan, morning all, rain overnight but stopped earlier and now looks like brightening up for the rest of the day.
Just a day pottering in the garden for me and Iām going to risk planting out my beans, as the nights are much warmer now and no frost in the forecast for the foreseeableā¦
Have a pleasant Sunday everyone
Good morning all.
Well not a lot going on here. No rain but overcast.
Nothing planed for today except make a bread.
I have most of a cooked chicken that my daughter gave me, and will have that for midday meal.
Just had a FaceTime with my daughter and a tour of their āfarmā in the IOW.
Roast in the oven, chicken drums. Sis will come after lunch, hers and mine.
Morning all, overcast again here but very mild so no complaintsā¦
Going over to eldest daughterās place today for a buffet lunch with other family members who we see too infrequently, so looking forward to a catchupā¦
Enjoy your day everyone
Good morning all.
I had planned on going to an aqua fit class today but the L/C is closed for the bank holiday.
Never mind - a walk to the next village & call in the pub will do.
Maybe weāll have a late afternoon matineeā¦
Have a good day allā¦
Good morning all.
Weather was nice earlier, but now overcast. Might rain later, but I donāt care.
0930 and already been and done the cat duty, and then went to Sainsburyās for my main weekly shop.
As expected it is very quite on the roads.
Shortly I am going to cook the lamb mince adding carrots, peas, onion, stock cube, pepper, tomato sauce and water.
When done and cooled, bag it up into 150gm lots and freeze. These will be used for the shepherds pies.
Up, way too early againā¦ Argh! Itās Day yuck and a holiday too do no deliveries. Bummer! LOLā¦
Got asked a strange question last night. Hereās what it was:
āIncluding your own, how many weddings did you attended in your life?ā
1968 (sibling, I was flower girl)
1975 (cousin, got invited as Papa had died, poor cousin his wife disappeared on the honeymoon and filed for an annulment after two weeks, so sad)
1984 (Friend at work wanted me in her wedding as Maid of Honour, her family refused, we still attended)
1984 (couple got married, from hubbyās work, we were invited for the party only)
1985 (my own, where the only thing that went correctly, were the two people at the altar lol!)
So, Iāll ask the question to the forum hereā¦ How many weddings, including your own, did you attend and did you play an important role in them?
Looking forward to your answers!
Have a great weekā¦
Morning all.
We left the caravan at 9, an hour before the check out time of 10, as I was all done. Home before 9.30, and unpacked, and washing doing. Clothes hanging out in garden, and dog towels currently in on a hot wash. She got wet and yucky by walking on the grass so I had to towel her off each time we got inside the caravan. Bed linen (which I always take for her to lie on) can be done tomorrow.
We are doing it all over again next Monday. A Gold plus caravan so should be more luxurious. Not even bothering to take case and other stuff upstairs. No point.
Having a sit down for a breather, and need to make a list of what not to forget (like the all important usb charger), and what not to take. Stuff I didnāt use. Going for 4 nights as opposed to the 3 this weekend. I dare say Susie and OH will pop in one morning, and I hope to get on the bus with Holly one of the days, and go to Gt Yarmouth. Weather dependent of course.
Morning all, its raining here.
Got Lady coming this morning to cut my Toe Nails.
Have a good day all.
Supernatural,
I canāt really remember.
Went to 3 of my Families weddings, one was done as a Cockney Eastend Reception with a Buffet of Eastend food, like Pie & Mash, Jellied Eels, Cockles and Oysters.
My Sisterās Wedding, where I was Chief Bridesmaid.
My Mumās Wedding, she remarried.
A loads of Greek Weddings, as my friend was Greek Cypriot.
Good morning all.
Itās very wet out as it rained in the night. Itās not raining now but is forecast for more later.
I am leaving the cat duty for a bit later, about 9ish, as I want to pick up my new glasses on the way back.
My daughter is coming home later, so I hope all things will be back to normal.
I am into a story on my kindle, itās one that you just want to get into it more. I love my kindle, I canāt handle those ātreeā books anymore. Save the forests, yea right.
