GB News made £3.6m in turnover over the year, with the two biggest streams made up of £3m from advertising revenue and just over £550,000 in digital revenue.
The company reported a bill of £12.75m for its 175 staff at the end of May last year, up from 16 employees and less than £1m a year earlier when it was in start-up mode.
Last August, there was a shake-up among its backers, with the founding investor Discovery selling up, and the existing shareholders Sir Paul Marshall, the Brexiter hedge fund tycoon, and Legatum, the Dubai-based investment company founded by the New Zealand billionaire Christopher Chandler, taking control.
Financial accounts for Discovery’s UK business subsequently revealed it sold its 25% stake for £8m, a 60% drop on the original £20m it paid, which would suggest the value of GB News has fallen from £80m at launch to £32m.
Selling at a huge loss is never good business … but if Discovery’s getting out while the going’s good …

I’ve never watched GB News.
I could be wrong here in believing it to be the final resting place for has beens ,wannabes and loose cannons…Johnson being there now reinforces my opinion on GB news.

I have watched it, for research only, but I did feel dirty afterwards 
It’s as dire as you’d expect
But I would never watch it as a regular because I think it’s wrong to allow a politically biased right wing news channel with a right wing agenda to broadcast in our country
We really don’t want to go down the Fox News route

Labour Andy McDonald MP has just been suspended for using the river to the sea meme in a speech .Suspended for advocating ethnic cleansing of a country in mourning for the barbaric murder of 1400+ citizens.
Lucky he didn’t say something really bad, or he could have been banned from the party altogether.
I listen to the news on R4 rather than watch , along with reading both online the Telegraph and the Guardian .
Somewhere in the middle when up to date with telegraph subscription I get a balance view.
As for tuning into BJ on GB news yep ok if you want a bias loaded
