I have lost count across other forums of members complaining about “soft” pictures and not being sharp.
First getting the blame is the camera, and that is as far as their intelligence goes. No thought whatsoever that the lens might be the problem( as long standing members may remember on the forum before this one between myself and a guy from Kent)
Next is the question of camera shake that could also produce the same effect
To my mind the only true test is by using different lenses on the same camera then come to a more accurate conclusion
