What about all the failed African countries?
Had a recurring dream, Xi Jinping.
I see that Sunak has thrown his hat into the ring. Listening to him on the radio, he sounded exactly like Tony Blair with that slimy voice of his.
At last, someone else has noticed! He reminds me so much of Tony Blair
I don’t care much who they choose, they’re all Tories so they’ll all be dire
But if that nice Mr Tugendhat doesn’t put in a spurt and win my bet for me then I hope it’s Wallace
Because anyone who can get away with calling Gove Theon Greyjoy and threatening to cut off his willy has got to have something going for him
I don’t know Tutenthingy ~ can’t say is let alone spell it!!
Did he??!!
Ben Wallace has said he’s not going to stand.
Err — yes.
Good.
Well, that is hilarious! Pity he has withdrawn his bid…we needed someone with a bit of gumption.
Shame … but clearing up the current mess post-BJ will be no mean feat … and there may even be no gratitude at the end of it … better, perhaps, for BW to take credit for quietly but efficiently admimistering the MoD …
Yes!
A bit sinister shame he’s withdrawn, that would have sorted out Putin
We should disconnect from the Ukraine conflict with immediate effect. Johnson had no right to involve us and it started as an attempt to divert attention from partygate. By his so doing we all have blood on our hands because the conflict has been drawn out to the huge disadvantage of all participants.
I like Michael Gove. His voice makes me want to laugh, and so does the thought of his collegues having to be constantly on their guard lest he stabs them in the back.

Ben Wallace is now drifting out … will there be a new name among the favourites?
Well…given the odds of Rishi Sunak, I don’t think anyone else would put their name in. I think he has this pretty much sewn up I would say. Unless something disastrous comes out in the meantime…
