Hah. I was asking if anyone had seen a reduction though, cos I havenât!
Since they halved the fuel excise here there has been a reduction in price but the servo has to get a delivery of fuel before they get the saving to pass on. This has meant that there are wide differences in price between servos in the area.
Thats what they said on the radio here the other day too, Bruce.
They reckon at the moment they are still using up the last delivery of the expensive fuel, and it should start going down once that has been used up.
That remains to be seen.

I called into my local post office to get a form to exchange my two books of stamps for the new barcoded ones. This is the reply l gotâŠ
âWe donât keep them, you have to go to the Royal Mail sorting office to get the form and envelopeâ!
âThatâs miles awayâ, l replied.
She apologised but said it was to do with Post Offices being independent, or under some other section of something?
Yesterday, only by chance l was near the sorting office and got a form and envelope.
Why is nothing simple anymore?
