Mine is not for weight loss, but for exercising my joints and stopping them seizing up, it also helped greatly with the after after knee replacement exercises. I wouldn’t have an electric one as it moves it’s self and takes the work from you.

I think it would be good for keeping joints and tendons moving, so good for fitness in that respect even if not for building muscle.
I can’t help playing with words sometimes so how about the ‘Eleg Lips Exerciser’ ?

While I was shopping, I saw a woman wearing a sweatshirt that said “Guess” on the front of it.
At the time, I didn’t know that “Guess” was a designer brand name, so I said, “Implants?”
She got really mad.

Roughly 7 years ago when moving here to Miami butt implants and ab implants were the in thing even men had butt implants .
I was taken back by this as looked so strange but interestingly enough now you rarely see it I guess many had them removed and not that I go around looking at mens butts ( well sometimes I do ) but it was so noticeable it was weird .

Maybe the butt implants meant they hit their heads on their car ceilings when they tried to drive, or maybe they couldn’t get their legs under standard dining tables to eat?

Miami is a superficial " look at me , love me " culture and the butt implants were hideous .
