I’ve had one for years, not that exact one an older model called “The Cubii” I got it when I had my knee replacements done. It worked wonders for me and I’m so glad I got it. I keep it under my desk and often have a pedal while I’m on the computer. When I’ve not been to the pool for a week or so my knee joints start to stiffen up, a daily whizz on the Cubii soon sorts that out. It has 8 levels of pressure I keep it on 4.

The doctor told her that she needed physio, but she’s reluctant to go to the hospital physio because it was so painful and didn’t really make any difference, except hurting her for the next two days after treatment…

What about those “tens” machines? Electrical stimulus without the movement.
Not for weight loss/fitness. Think we’ve moved on from that point now.

It probably would but check it out on You Tube first. It’s a free standing one you don’t plug it in, but it’s quite heavy to move about. That’s why I put mine under the desk so it’s out the way, and I don’t fall over it.
No need to pay a lot either, you can get nearly new ones off EBay, that’s what I did.

The electrical stimulus is supposed to work by improving circulation. I’ve never heard claims about fitness or weight loss.

Mine is not for weight loss, but for exercising my joints and stopping them seizing up, it also helped greatly with the after after knee replacement exercises. I wouldn’t have an electric one as it moves it’s self and takes the work from you.

I think it would be good for keeping joints and tendons moving, so good for fitness in that respect even if not for building muscle.
I can’t help playing with words sometimes so how about the ‘Eleg Lips Exerciser’ ?

While I was shopping, I saw a woman wearing a sweatshirt that said “Guess” on the front of it.
At the time, I didn’t know that “Guess” was a designer brand name, so I said, “Implants?”
She got really mad.

Roughly 7 years ago when moving here to Miami butt implants and ab implants were the in thing even men had butt implants .
I was taken back by this as looked so strange but interestingly enough now you rarely see it I guess many had them removed and not that I go around looking at mens butts ( well sometimes I do ) but it was so noticeable it was weird .

Maybe the butt implants meant they hit their heads on their car ceilings when they tried to drive, or maybe they couldn’t get their legs under standard dining tables to eat?
