Back in my drinking days. I poured a glass of beer over a guy’s head which started a huge pub fight. Vicious fight.
I was not beaten up but some people who were trying to protect me ended up fighting.
About 12 people were fighting, breaking pool cue sticks over each other, etc. Really nasty stuff.
All because of my drunken stupidity. I snuck out the back door and stayed out of sight for a week.
Back in the mid 80’s, me and a few NCOs went down to Rottenburg and meet up with some British soldier. This is the on and only time I tried vegimit. Any way about 3 in the morning the Polizie escorted us to the edge of town and politely asked us to leave and never to come back.

No, I lived in a City, not that there weren’t many incidents where one had to lie low for a bit.
