I see that the first episode of the first series was shown on Channel 5 yesterday.
This to my mind is one awesome series.
Well worth watching.

Ive been wanting to see this from the begining,so thanks for bringing this to my attention …
Brilliant series Galty… 
I’m hoping that they carry on with some of the later series.
The first series has been shown on channel 5 before and me and Mrs Fox were hooked…
However, it then went on to Paramount and we couldn’t watch it anymore…
I’ve set the recorder up, but I think we have seen all of the first series, but it’s that good I’ll watch it again…
Some very strong characters in it…Kevin Costner like I’ve never seen him before, and Rip Wheeler, tough guy and the foreman of the ranch, and Beth Dutton, arguably the best character in it…Has she got some balls…

Do agree with the Beth character, a very strong roll.
Have watched all of the first 4 series and just started the 5th.
Told my daughter about it and she is pleased that its on UK tv and started to watch as a few of her friends rave about it.
PS the Beth Dutton character is played by and English actress…Kelly Reilly.
Hope all 5 series are shown

Beth Dutton is one tough woman.
