It sounds brilliant Danny, I have read many travellers accounts and expeditions, I just love them. I hope you will have access to the internet occasionally and post us reports of your progress.
One of my favourite books was Cheryl Strayed who walked most of the ‘Pacific Crest Trail’ having no previous experience. Good luck mate…

I will. I am planning on documenting most of the trip. Hence the recent purchase of a drone and a Go Pro. You know I already have the photographic equipment.
