I can’t believe I didn’t check it before. Trying everything but this, Even going into the camcorder settings- strapping down the audio cable in case it was hitting the camcorder body. It was driving me mad wanting to get rid of the noise. Almost gave up trying walking with the camcorder.
could I find what was causing it? yes just now. the Handle slides into the top of the camcorder body where there is a small USB contact.
Once in position then this needs to be tighteneds it down, there is a bit of resistance when almost tight giving the impression that it was.
