Squad selections are currently underway. One month to go until the RWC.
I think NZ and England have announced theirs.Wales will after the South Africa game next week
This might encourage Minx to post.Probably not Furry though.
South Africa were brilliant.
They have been very turgid and boring in recent years-very effective of course.
But yesterday played my kind of rugby.
But they would have beaten anyone yesterday.
Penalty try dubious-referee clearly at odds with the TMO who wouldn’t give in until he agreed with her.
He was right.
And a couple of shoot in the foot moments for Wales.
But we were not as bad as the score suggests.
But SA have sent out a warning for the World Cup.
No encouragement necessary
We did good. Not the very best though. Kicking is a concern at the moment. Wales didn’t play their “A” team.
Predictions after this round of tests as to who will go through from the pool stages.
I hope the Boks have peaked too early!
England 22 Fiji 30
Former Newport captain Simon Raiwalui doing a great job.
Fiji excellent,England hopeless.
Wales v Fiji in the opening round of the World Cup…
Highlights when available.
The Welsh result doesn’t look so bad now
