cleaning up wood I took from the skip at Bens place, the electric wood planer and sander left quite a mess of wood chips etc. So this evening it was clearup time. Even pulled out the workbench on the left to brush down old spiders webs. No it it looking wee bit cleaner and smarter ready for me to mess up again. did take a photo but decided against posting it
If you connect the exhaust(s) to a good industrial vacuum then no shavings etc escape to be cleaned up. .simples
A picture paints a thousand words.
yes and can attract thieves which is why I changed my mind about posting it
Nobody knows where you live though? Besides, you posted photos of your house so…
Workshop-man cave Photos…My Husbands…
That was us trying to figure out how to put a simple greenhouse together much earlier in the year…
oh and then there is a video we had to do on the spur of the moment having spent out a huge amount and then the grass cutter failed…Company said send a video and we will try and resolve this for you…they did help and it was resolved…
Processing: faulty mower.MOV…
It is kept in the workshop along with many others…
all in the workshop…
pretty tidy for a Male…
Wow, that’s a lovely man cave Di!
So neat and organised
Er…er… how many lawnmowers do you need?
how many brushcutters/strimmers does one need also…gosh he loves his equipment…has several chain saws…including two high reach one’s a light weight and one heavy duty one…
He says he needs a new … blah blah blah… me order it then!..
oh and he uses two Tractor grass cutters…one has no grass collector and one does…green one and a red one…haha
I had to laugh, he does seem to have an obsession with grass cutting. (along with painting, my least favourite activity)
Alas my workshop, once a hive of activity, is now used to park my car. I do use my stuff occasionally but not that much, for example my welder hasn’t been used for years.
I’ve never had a work shop or a man cave just a shed.I’m beginning to question my masculinity now.
Right lets analyse this…just mowers though …
The Plot was farmland and so how much I have tried sowing patches of new Grass seed the weeds and the rough grass take back their land.
The Green Tractor was our first one that we purchased 2nd hand off the previous owners…
Red is the new one with a grass collector…next one is for our new plot of land that we purchased a short while ago…It is only suitable for really rough grasslands…
The push pulls come next…one is quite old and went in for repair…could not do without it so purchased a new one, so the old one is now a back up…
.We still have also a hover mower that is electric from the UK garden times…that is used for areas that are smaller and need a small mower…
So there is a reason for all of them…
Looks lovely and tidy, I wonder how long it will stay that way, …nice big freezer I see in the background,
You have done a great job, I’ll stick with cooking,
Some words are better left unsaid!
@realspeed My man cave is my entire domicile, being single again. I have learned that being married has ruined me from being messy. I throw a shirt over a chair, then I heavy sigh pick it up and put it in the dirty clothes. Damn it. However, my in house studio is the cleanest most organized room I have. Also where I spend most my time.
Trouble with grass here it almost constantly grows, will only slow down when nearer to 0 degrees…The training was a very weird course, but it has paid off now…
At the moment because of the wet weather the grass grows while you watch it. I love drought because the lawn goes a lovely shade of Autumnal brown and doesn’t need cutting at all.
